Ventrilo Help

Hey I've been trying to get on Ventrilo. When I connect using the IP 69.12.98.138:3891 its says "The current hostname appears to contain invalid characters, accept it anyway?" and I hit yes and then try connecting and it will say "Unable to resolve the specified servers DNS/Hostname". If I don't include the :3891 part, it will connect and then give the message "Connected to server but unable to authenticate the specified user/password. Make sure you entered the correct password for the specified login name. Remember, passwords are now case sensitive." The login name I'm using is Major Badass, and the port is 3784, which is apparently Ventrilo's standard port. Anyone have an idea what the problem is?

If it works, then just use the Ventrilo Server Block on
the homepage to connect,
If it doesn't then you need to (re)install the latest vent
client app.

Apparently I see from the link the problem was I used just "Terd" as the password, not the full name or whatever. Either way the link works fine, thanks for the reply though.

Yes the Auto-Replace on the forums
changed the password,
but it doesn't affect the link.
