How to connect using call of duty 2

hey what steps do you take to join in with the game... my game wont save any information i try to save in my favorites.. do you have to add it to your favorites?

I have the cracked version of call of duty 2... but i should be able to join the server still... do i need to do any updates before the server will show in favorites ?? Nothing shows up but if i hit delete and try to readd the server again it says its already there. my filters are all correct and i can not get into any multiplayer game to use the [`] key to bring up the box to type /connect.

here is how you create a direct shortcut on your desktop to UAN's server.



copy your existing COD2 Multiplayer shortcut to your desktop.



right click the new shortcut and go to Properties.



now change your Target box to say this:



"C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\cod2mp_s.exe" +connect cod2.uanconnect.com



wham bam, yer done.

Yup, just installed the patch and added that info to the shortcut properties... works like a charm now. good call
