Nickname colors

How do u get the letters colored in your Nickname?

before you type in you name put this ^ its one the 6 key, then a number, each number is a different color, Im not sure what the colors are tho, I think 1 is blue.

^1=red
^2=green
^3=yellow
^4=blue
^5=gay blue
^6=purple
^7=white
^8=ally color
^9=grey
^0=black

Now where do i change my "nick" so it stays the new way, i changed it in the multiplayer options part of the game but it does not stay when i comeback and play later.

I edited the FAQ with the method to use

I change my name from console all the time

'/name xxxx'

you can also use 'set' or edit the cfg

This is the way i finally got it to stick, thank u.
