The last thing that I want to do is complain about anything. You guys have put a lot of hard work into this server...and it rocks! I wanted to bring one thing up though...if I may. It seems that on every map load my comp gets freezed up and/or my COD crashes. Is there something wrong with my installation files, or is anyone else having this problem? Like I said I don't want to sound ungrateful, but this situation makes it hard for me to play more than one round before I go to another game. Please give me any advice if you can to resolve this if it is client side, rather than server side. Thanks dudes! Rock on... Shark
not happening here at all could it be your graphics card settings? or possibly CPU cooling? maybe DirectX ? just thinkin out loud [UAN]Sniper69
If I Alt-Tab out of COD a lot, or specifically after the game is over when it transitions to the load screen, it crashes. Are you staying in COD and it is crashing during the transition? Do you end up even seeing the new map load screen?
I get to the new map's load screen, but it just freezes at that point. I don't think it is CPU or Graphics Card related. I may just delete my mods folders and redownload all the mods again...I may have some corruption in those...
No deleting crap doesnt work. I have it too, seems not related to the use of alt+tab. My graphics card is fine and my cpu is 49 degrees(celsius) Lucky for me it doesnt happen after every round :lamo:

my game would randomly crash back in the day after 10+ alt-tabs. But, i was also running 6 other programs at once. Memory, and video cards would be the culprit in that case im sure. Since i installed drivers awhile ago, I haven't had an issue. *knock* Dont forget, there are video card drivers, AND monitor drivers. There was many games that used to not work on my PC bc i had a "plug and play" monitor. Little googling, and i found the right driver. Blamo. The only possible way the server could "be at fault" is if when it requires you to have punkbuster on, that does...something...i dont know...
