That's a boolean function usually found in the game dll and client that checks weather or not an item can be picked up. This error is almost always a map problem, the game checks weather an item on the map can be picked up and if the map wasn't programmed correctly it could return that error. One possibility.

I got that also last night, but mine was on IceWorld on DM gametype, about half way through that match I got that error and got kicked out the game

Yeah I got that too, I was playing DM on Iceworld. I was hitting "f" a million times per second. I think it may just be a glitch.
