Tigerdirect are possibly the worst online computer parts retailers.
I am sure there are people here that can also testify to that.

a local company here in texas were sued by tigerdirect for using the name tiger surplus even though the company had been in business under the name since before they started thier business. these guys were in the wholesale business anyway, so it didn't directly compete with tiger direct as a retail store.

on top of that, every time i have been forced to use them for a specifc part that no one else has, regardless of price, i have been fucked, literally. a tiger direct representative popped out of the smashed retail box after fedex delivered it, and proceded to fuck me in the ass with out lube, and their tiny penis covered in sand...

and finally, every third customer that comes in to my store also tells me about how they got fucked on this and that... i have one guy who bought a 7950 GX2 that had one gpu broken, sent it back as a defect, they plugged it in and said it was working, and shipped it back without even testing the broken gpu. all they had to do was run dxdiag and know that it was a defect... but no, they hassled him for weeks and it ended up costing him over 600 for the card and all the shipping...
