    just members of the site, but that may change. shouts on the other hand may be deleted by site admins and shouters may be banned for abuse.

    i delete about 5 % of the posts here and ban people for no apparent reason whatsoever quite often, all while cleaning up things like *cough *cough adogg fucked up. i find it relaxing.
