High ping fix (should really help)

i used to use this thing when i had my old comp helped out alot and dropped my ping so yea u could use it on console or in the config file C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\players\xxxx\config_mp.cgf .... u could try lower numbers then 500 but 500 seems to be more stable so just give it a try if ur having higher then normal ping issues

changed it from 800 to 500

what it does is speed up the lag between your game and the server so u dont lag as much but dosent solve the problem of ur comp being slow or what not so remember that

heh im not slow with a core2 and 4gigs of ram its just the distance :2guns: but what will happen if i set it to 200 or something like that?

i dunno u tell me its just works for me my defalult ping with that at 800 is 75 and with it at 500 its 50 so yea try it out

i really don't have lagg nless there is a shit load of people on...or my peice of shit router goes out

you probably wont notice it alot in the pings it shows during game play... but the game WILL run smoother
