Basically, uTorrent's creators have a deal with a company that was once a branch of a well known anti-p2p company. Its nothing major, but when consider whats next, it adds up to some serious problems... The problem here is that no one seems to care that THE MOST POPULAR BITTORRENT CLIENT is closed source and owned (indirectly, but most definitely funded) by the RIAA/MPAA!!! Now that I have your attention, use an open source client such as Azureus. A million coders/hackers have examined the code. Even if they got something thru in a new version, the wouldnt get away with it for more than an hour (or less ) before those said coders filled the internet with reports of its activity. Now, you may be saying, FUZiON, Azureus sucks balls, It uses all my RAM, I hate it... And I say, yeah, I used to believe the same thing, back when I was a complete torrent noob. Your RAM is there for a reason... Just let it use it fucktard... If you are worried about it causing problems, then turn it off before you play your Hello Kitty Island Adventure...
this absolutely doesnt concern me because i use azureus anyways.. open source ftw! 2 gigs of ram couldnt ever be used by azureus so even then.. doesnt concern me

I am a fan of Azureus. I have never had a problem with it. My computer is just really retarded anyhow so it doesnt' really matter

The absolute devastation of my system resources wasnt what pissed me off at azureus.. it was the wierd coincidence that I'd lose my internet connection (the whole house mind you) and have to reboot my router when I was using it. UTorrent seems to be working fine for me for now.. but my mind is kept open. Now these strange mofos who talk about 'pulsing' all the time... thats really wrong...

u know whats funny when i started to download torrents it was Fuzion that told me to use utorrent :blink: and when i asked him for more info he would say just use it but this was back in the day when we first started to use torrent downloaders and i have since changed the one i use most offen so no worries
