have u got it working ARE U SURE U HAVE T HE SAME MODULES ??? are the both ecc, or non ecc ? ,that little can make a difference also check if ur bios versions , and setting are the same god these stuff can be a head ache :ranting:

Single Long Beep on Post Is ALWAYS a VGA Error Three short beeps on post is ALWAYS a Ram issue Two Short one long beep is ALWAYS a CPU issue Anyone of you guys ever glance at a 2Gen bios code list? yeah we got the sticks working. out of the 4 that we bought, 3 were identical and the 4th that was giving us problems had different chips. took it over to best buy and told the peons that it was a bad stick, then just went and grabbed one with the same memory chips as the other 3. after that booted with no problem. damn did this thread get out of control
