from what i understand, there was only a handfew of dedicated public patches for the first few official patches and none of the well known guys will ever make one
Once you go crack, you'll never go back... BF2 seems like one of those rare "worth it to buy it" games due to the multiplayer experience it has to offer through the ranked servers. It's already sucked away a good amount of our regular COD2 guys, fuckers. So I guess I will be forced to join your shenanigans soon enough..

There is way but you just don't know how (I don't know it too) but there is server cracked and ranked with DCON mod with 1.41 patch "85.14.218.62:16567" (on 1.0 all ranked are cracked ) so there is way you just must find it
a LOT of clans have crackers working for them we used to (sort of, if you considered soma a cracker) there is a 100% chance that they will never release it though *edit* http://gf.wiretarget.com/battlefield_2.htm i am fairly sure our server is linux though
