spilled beer on my keyboard

i spilled beer on my shit and not when i press like Q it types qwa`.. i got my old keyboared out but i spilt pop on this one and they keys are sticky.. ive tried everythinmg to get the keys unsticky but nothin really works.
help

take a picture of your keyboard, then take a butter knife and pop the keys off.. soak all keys (only ones that have no metal) and then rub em down.. if there is any stickiness left, wipe it off.. dry keys.. then pop em all back on according to your picture that you should've taken..

i dont recommend taking the whole keyboard apart unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing..

well i took out the stickyy keysand cleaned them with rubbing alcohol they still stick... yea maybe if i take them all out it would be easier...no worries i know where all the keys go.

for the beer one though.. i let it sit for 24 hours and the multiple key thing happened.. i think i might have to take the back out of that one.

damn.. i donmt reallyu want to take apart my whole keyboard but since no one is playing right now i probably have time.

yeah never let it sit.. dont tip it, nothin.. just pop the keys off immediately.. now if you see any liquid on the part of the key that pops in, then it most likely got on the "liquid proof" part.. in which case it might have ran off onto the actual circuit (hopefully not).. get some cottom swabs and soak up anything you see.. that would be when you pop the whole keyboard apart (remember where everything goes)


speaking of keyboards, when the heck are you sending me one butzie? butzie is a typical canadian.. spilt his coffee on his keyboard when its not even the morning... hows aboot that eh?

yeah dude i have a HUGE bag of american Smarties... you'll definately be getting some of the "crack for kids"

well its better now.. i just had to clean it like 10 times.. i think a few more cleanings and it will be fine.

hmm why dont u buy a new keyboard? cant be more expensive than $10
