What Keyboard Setup for COD4

Okay so I fitted in the new graphics card properly today and it seems asif Ammo is set to play COD4 the way it should be played, however the before I get used to certain controls, is there anybody that has got the controls bound exactly to wat COD2 would have been? Steady Sniper Rifle SAME CONTROL AS Melee Attack? Sprint AND Pick up Weapon? The same key?



Could you post a screenie of what you have your keyboard setup as?

i think its different and theres not much you can do,i was dissapointed in that.

there must be a way... i guess some programmer who has some spare time in his hands maybe able to do something in the future

Attack : left mouse
Toggel aim down the sight : right mouse
Melee attack: caps lock or shift
Switch weapon : 1 or 2
Reload : R
Sprint/Steady sniper rifle : F
Trow frag granade : G or middle mouse
Trow special granade : 4
Inventory : 5
Airsupport : 6

Look
Lean left : Q
Lean right : E

Interact
Use : V
Night Vision : N

Move
Go to prone : Ctrl
Go to crouch : C
Stand/Jump : Space
Back : S
Left : A
Right : D
Forward : W

I dont know what i have changed, but this is how i play the game now :gunsmilie:

yes it defo sucks that it cant be played the same as cod2
but you WILL get used to whatever you change too

the only thing I changed is the melee attack, I assigned it to my thumb mouse button, everything else u can get used to after a couple of rounds

my cod2 controls are the ones i used with quake .. well, sort of
I use e for execute and f to lean right

I revampt the whole setup. I use the arrows and surrounding buttons. Only drawback is I don't have any lean buttons.
