Hi Guys, I have a question. Why the !@#$%^ UAN cod2 server is mostly empty these days? Why is it that every crappy server is active but UAN's which I think is one of the best has hardly anyone? Is there something we can do to increase players, promote it or whatever. I am asking everyone here but especially those with more experience at UAN. I am willing to put time and effort and some money if something can be done. I think UAN cod2 server blows away NoBs, MTO and stoners-mod-cracked but they are the ones with players. Also, are you older members going to play cod2 again or are you guys done with it? Lets start with with a specific week night or something. Lets play again. Enough warcraft, stalker, cod4, crysis..... Maybe changing things a bit helps...like adding friendly fire ( that kills you not team mate) or rotating admiral mod or ......!@#$%^.... Lets keep UAN cod2 alive.
Strange thing...I was on with my son and 1 or 2 others last night for about an hour. Butzie comes on vent, joins in the CoD2 server and suddenly we have 12 or more people in less than one round. Props to Butzie for his drawing power, but c'mon, half were UAN members that could have been on at any time without Butzie, and I bet we could have drawn in non-members (like myself ) with enough people without Butzies presence. You all know he is ghey right???? If this keeps up...I'm gonna rename myself Butzie whenever I'm on the freakin server...
I came on for that round, and had no clue that Butzie was there. It showed 4 people when i connected, but I haddent played in a while so it had to dl/ some shit, took a few min, and everyone was there. I think Butzie has some kind of psychic powers or something, cause I didnt really feel like playing, but I had a sudden compulsion to come on anyways.
yep I saw the Butzie effect too. Lets all rename to Butzie and create a Butzie-fest. ) It was good to see the server with 20 players. Just like M I bought my cod2 licence last week after having played it for 2 years and also wondered why UAN is not listed in the COD2 JOIN THe GAME list? Maybe being a cracked server has something to do with it. ... Maybe we should have sub-teams. CTFB 4 on 4 games. maybe UAN 2007 members vs UAN 2006 or 5. Maybe flag whores vs killwhores. Stoners vs drunks. ...where is major bass ass anyways? Where are all those awsome players like ozmosis, seg fault., trip, that used to always play at UAN and suddenly ...pooof... vapourised? Maybe we can all try to play on Thursday nights. Any suggestions would be good. a lot of "maybe s" in this post...
I know Seggy made the jump to COD4, from owning my ass repeatedly, the rest I havent seen IAW. And I go for stoners!(with a nice ambient beer buzz) :afro:
Maybe this is off topic but i've been playing on NOBS server lately since no one goes on UAN anymore. There are plenty of players all the time and i almost got kicked trying to redirect traffic to our server !!!!! Since i did not start a clan war i stopped. Anyone has any idea??? Maybe if we put some S&D maps peaople would come cause i know a lot of players like them. I'm not a S&D fan but if that s what it takes. I've seen a couples of guys that used to be regulars un our server but cannot ask any questions during game. Rod
