make sure that your power switch and reset switch are connected to the motherboard properly
is this a new case? could it be a faulty switch case side?

maybe reset your BIOS to eliminate a corruption problem

Id almost guarantee you its not software related

heeh you have the power and reset jumpers mixed. Snipe wins the thread. I say pull all those pins and start over. Its easy to mess it up.

Find the CMOS Jumper for your motherboard...it is usually near the circular Battery that stores your Bios Settings...looks like this...

pulll it from the two prongs it is on, and then place it on the middle one and the prong on that was previously uncovered. wait 10 secs...then put it back. This will clear you Bios settings and set them back to default. If you set any bios settings in there before you will have to set them again. You can also pull that circular battery out, and it will do the same thing. As a side not...make sure you have your computer unplugged and that no power is going into the MOBO.

    Hope this helps you situation.

    Peace

Not to sound like a dick...but that is actually the simpliest thing... I am just glad Bommer is working again.

Now, some of the things Fuzzy has helped me with are real tech issues.

If you actually know anything of repairing ur Comp, or if you know anything from a Motherboard, then you should 100% know that thingy. But dont press button for fun to look what happens btw.....
