COD4 Servers

Hey guys, I love the servers, rock solid with a good community. The only thing I would change is on the Hardcore 42 slot server, the maps take forever! if we could get this to a much more tolerable time period, I think a lot of people, myself included, would be happier.

Also, this is just personal preference, maybe the cracked extreme server could be made into another hardcore server. It doesn't seem to pull the same amount of players the HC does, the custom maps would be nice to have.

And i think i have to agree with you on these ones

we have big plans for the other server
mainly its a matter of tweaking the mods the way we like
soon we should have a persistent ranking system for the modded server, so people can rank and have custom maps too

not even changing FFA? no one ever wins it, it's always just wait until the time runs out.

I too agree that domination goes on too long. But as far as FFA...nut up and start shooting. It is a race to 200 kills and there is plenty of time to accomplish that.

Welcome! And as was stated earlier, the best is yet to come. The mods and custom map scene is taking root as I speak this. We are getting solid maps lined up, and the AWE mod is tits up. Aside from some tweeking, its fucking amazing. You will see. UAN runs the best COD mods ever. It will make playing default look like Willie Lum Lum.

well there was originally supposed to be no FFA on our servers since about 2 months ago.. dunno how they got there and i wont bother with figuring out why there is FFA now..

i took the liberty of changing domination to 500 and it will take effect as soon as i execute the config.. maybe it will be the right amount now..

as for the other gametypes, i dont really see a need to change em.. they will only last 30 minutes or less

I agree with ya Maleficus. The domination rounds can take a while and I think it was a good idea to cut the goal in half. I also agree with Corkscrew about the FFA. Yes it is chaos..but its fun. It does take a while but it is def. a nice break from the other maps. Other than that..keep up the awesome servers UAN. They are by far the best I have played on and the group of people that play is hilarious and make it all the more fun. Keep it up!
