How do you know if someone is hacking?

So this dude shot me thru a wall on UAN server. I got pissed and spec'd him.

Seems he always knew when someone was about to come around the corner, and he could see enemies from clear across the screen. No matter if they were lying down or hiding on a roof, he was never caught off guard. The only time he got nailed was by marty/nades/air strike

So anyway, I fraps him for a few min and uploaded it to youtube(still uploading actually, it's 396MB).
I'm just wondering is there any sure way to know?

well, for starters, dont use fraps for recording demos.. sometimes quality will drop, and especially on youtube..

hit ~ to bring up your console..
type /record
you will see the filename on the bottom left of the screen along with the size of the file (going up steadily)
once you decide to stop the demo:
bring up your console again, type /stoprecord
then upload that file (located in main/demos) to megaupload or rapidshit..

personally, its just experience that identifies a hacker.. knowing the map for starters, spawns, ect.. now if you see and quick whipping direct to headshots and/or jitter "locking-on", then it could be aimbot.. as for wallhack, again its just knowing the common spots for people to stick around in, spawn, ect.. also UAV cant be seen in spec, so it could be UAV that gives him an advantage..

when you see someone using an aimbot you'll definately know, wallhacks are harder to see and it might take some experience to notice. You can find some vids of someone using an aimbot on youtube, maybe those will answer your question a little better

I'd say if he was using something, it was wall hack. It could have been UAV and good vision I guess but I'm a noob so I dunno.

If it was GTA MP I'd know in a second, but I'm still getting used to COD.

Dude I wasted like two hours uploading the video and then myspace said it was incorrect codec. I'm not gonna waste anymore time with it. I need to find a program that converts these fraps videos into something smaller, maybe like divx or something?

dude.. megaupload.. that way it wont decrease the quality anymore... how hard is it to upload something to an upload site? not hard at all.
