Who else thinks we should turn voting off?

Absolutely. Turn them off or severely limit them. SEVERELY. Maybe one per person per round, and make them a little easier to pass. If that's too hard, turning voting off is an easy way to make it all better. Thanks

I agree with this, some guys vote all the time, everybody gets sick of it!! lets put it off, or better: all player 1 vote at 1 map.

The only time I have seen a vote pass is when the first guy in to the server pops one up real quick like ... I voted that we remove it. Good call Terd.
