Custom Class Hacks?

i was just hanging out when i noticed a few people that seemed to have both Double Tap and Slight of Hand in their custom build, kinda pissed me off seeing as they were mostly top ranked players that map and im not sure how to record and catch them. not gonna say names till i got the proof to back it up but i lost respect for a few of em that i thought were in fact good legit players.

someone point me in the right direction for catching these people red handed.

in the console type in /record and hit enter. it should have some text in the bottom left sayin that it's recording. then do /stoprecord to stop it

there are supposed to be ways to stack perks and attachments, but i think they only work on the console versions...

anyway i dont wanna say names until im am absolutely certain i am not mistaken in any way so as not to tarnish anyones "rep" so that when the time comes they have it fully intact for me to crush!

and im sure that all the people in the top 10 are hackers/cheaters
