server disconnected help me please

    i tried to join your fast xp server but everytime my game done loading it will say server disconnected i cant figure out whats wrong please help

    it's because you don't have a players name... and the default one (Unknown Soldier) isn't allowed on our servers

    ty my punkbuster is not installed now i installed it but how can i back up my profile because i enter prestige now where can i find my profile can you help me or is it server side?
