Trouble with punkbuster

hi I am having trouble to play in the hardcore server for cod5 'cause punkbuster issue me a kick/ban from this server can someone help me plz?

Have you made sure you haven't been banned for a reason. (Sniper always believes in the good first...)

I need to know what your in game name is, and what server it was, all of our cod5 servers are hardcore..

my ingame name is GiorgioRdz and the game was from the ip server 72.249.94.148:28961 and i have updated manually the punkbuster from www.evenbalance.com and also i haven't play at all in any of your severs so i don't even have a mod or something like that

Looks like your CD Key has been Global Banned. You will need to change it.

i have the same problem...and my punkbuster is up to date and i tried to change my cd-key.... do i need to reinstall my CoDWaW?

Problems with your connection or your punkbuster services. Run pbsvc.exe to check your services (you can find it in your system32 folder).

I ran pbsvc.exe test, it was completed successfuly without error. And then I tried to connect to the server 72.249.94.148:28961 (3k xp ) and I still had the same problem.
then i tried to reinstall punkbuster through that pbsvc.exe, it ran without error, and i still cant play in that server.

Are your PnkBstrA & PnkBstrB services/processes running?

man i changed my cd key like 20 times and i still cant play...
i changed my name too...but i still have the problem...are you sure that the problem is my cd key?

hey, i just unninstalled CoD 5, cleaned all registry, unninstalled Punkbuster, and reinstalled everything again, updated PunkBuster, and its running normally! it didnt have nothing to do with cd-key...
