naw man, im rethinking my stragedy. looking cheaper-er. probably towards the core 2 quad. and just another 9600 gso. this would cost me A LOT less. although i've been getting links for all the pre made core i7's thanks. but still not ready to lay down 1000 at one time.

DONE! although i wouldn't go with 3. im out of desk space as it is.

but it seems that for 434 bucks i can upgrade to a quad core and 8 gigs of ram..... hmmmm... that might be my route. but im waiting for 64bit windows 7 to come out. once it does. i'll upgrade.

unless your going to do video editing you wont notice a differnce between 4gb and 8 gb of ram, also 1200 watt psu is overkill man unless ur planing on 3 video cards, also if u buy vista now you can auto upgrade to win 7 when it comes out

I do video editing, and there was a sale on the 1200watt. though for the core 2 quad... i can probably stick with my current.

and my uncle works for apple as a managing engineer. i get a good rate, which i need their comps to edit in final cut. i just wasn't going to pay for a tower. so this serves my school and work purposes.

my wish list for a cheaper and still kick ass comp is here.
