NEW MAIN SERVER PING LEVELS

I for the life of me cannot get a ping below 120 on the new server

Is there anything you guys can think of on my end I could do to improve this???

I get great pings on erikwade's temp server (low 50's) and have been enjoying the game the way it should be played. Now whenever I go back to the main server I feel like Im standing still and hanging my ass out for everyone to shoot bash and blowup !!

I will be moving in the next month and changing my ISP so Im holding onto the thought that my pings will improve then

maybe I should change my name to Sniper125.....lol

it's b ecause erik's is either in NY or Chicago. several hundred miles/hops closer to canada for you, than texas.

I ping average 110 to the main server, as usual; and 46 to erik's. It's just a matter of location.

I'm getting a ping closer to 100 then the 50 I was getting on Erik's server.

Can we please upgrade to the 10mb connection?

What's that going to do to our costs each month? Do we need to raise the goals even higher? $190 seems high but not really if we all pitch in a little ... speaking of which ... I'm going to throw in some dough after the upgrade.

Could admin set up a NoChex account for UK supporters then wire it over to your Pp account?
It would mean Pp would take less as a %.

not a problem, but could you change the "anony" $20 to me? for some reason it was recorded that way.

Ehm paygay isnt stealing anything from donations made in euro's though...

And I'd like to know if switching isp is a good idea.... I mean, will it help me getting a better ping? and what is the main cause of getting a beeter ping? upload or downloadspeed?
