Im banned

Hello, today i tryed to join uan server and i it said im ''BANNED for the server''. yesterday i played and everything was fine. I asked my roommate if he did something he said he just played normal as me. So im wondering what happend in the meantime when i was away.

To summarize the following posts:

A ban is put in place by 2 parties: UAN and Punkbuster. Without knowing the exact error, it is hard to tell which is responsible. (post your error and time you connected, and maybe it can be looked into)

Punkbuster = Can't help you man... change your cd-key GUID or remove any running hacks (or as the banned usually call them; enhancements or 'shit my brother/friend installed')

UAN = don't be a douche (usually only results in a kick, but extra douchery, hereby known as 'dougbagging' results in a ban from a tired/crabby/fed-up admin), or turn of your hackery.

I don't have the rcon password here at work, but I can look when I get home this afternoon...

no, changes to your profile will not happen.

He came on ventrilo, and I looked on the logs and I didn't see the ban. I told him to change his key and he was able to connect moments afterwords.
