the two links are decently priced machines i found, i just wanted a breakdown between the cards, Ive found similar machines for close to the same price that have the 250 and 260 available, and both of those cards produce better results in 3dmark. I couldn't of said it better then Butz did. Piece together a desktop for gaming use and purchase a notebook for the basic stuff (web browsing, email, ect.). You don't have to spend a lot to get a nice notebook these days. I picked up a really nice Lenevo (IdealPad U450p) for the girlfriend a couple weeks ago just at $440 shipped...
other than Butz, have you guys ever played FPS with LayZ? I say get the shittiest lapper you can and load all your games on it then I could actually kill you once in a while

well i was looking for something half decent for when i work night shifts, which is half the year...ive got a decent lappy right now, core 2 duo t8400, 4gb ram, 2x160gb hdd, 8600gt-m.....but its like...a year old......and its a 17" i was thinking of going with a 15" cuz it would fit on my work desk better.
