power on problems

any ideas.i switch on the power in the morning nothing?
I.pull out cord,switch power off FOR 10 seconds
plug CORD in switch on ok all day.
i can turn on and off no problem
,changed board p35 ds4 rev 2.0,
changed psu 1100 tagan,
changed memory ocz 1066,
changed cpu e7500,
runing xfx 8800 gtx ,
the power switch front ok,cleared cmos,changed power options bios,drivers upto date,running win 7 ultimate 7600 64bit, weird

Moving this to the appropriate section. PHP is coding, not OS/hardware related. Also, you might want to consider writing a complete/more-understandable sentence.

could you have wuss translate that for us?
