is the internal and card memory formatted?

Have you manually tried retrieving the images with Phoroshop or Windows?

your problem is xp64 I installed that before, and well it blows hard. There is alot of products that simple don't put out drivers for xp 64 :(

i love how you reply to a topic with a legitimate question, just to insult me who was giving my answer.

you must really love my ass since you got your nose in it so often.

Let's keep this one on track... actual tech questions should more-or-less be on topic for at least a page.

bommer, does the camera have an external memory card? If so, I'd invest in a card reader if you don't already have one.
Also, it would help if you'd provide your camera model.

like i said the problem is most likely the OS. I reinstalled 32 bit after 64 wouldn't use a network adapter. 3rd party software tends to not support 64 bit xp
