FiOS, that's how. I am actually way closer to the Dallas server (25 miles or so), but my upload speed only shows as 24-27. So I use the SA server because it shows a little more accurately. (Paying for 35/35)

joining cod4 server disconnects everytime is it the lvl55 whats doing it?

First off, let me time the time to thank everyone responsible in the efforts to populate the servers. I am very happy to see we have brought Call of Duty 4 back. However, in my opinion the NEW Call of Duty 4 Server will continue to remain empty until some huge changes are made to the mods. Or maybe switching the server to a HARDCORE RANKED server. In other words, not many people like playing on heavily modded servers. The list below is what is included in the extreme mod. Also, by getting rid of the modded things it may make the server run smoother.

I like the server, but like meat said the big x gets annoying

They turned it back to a stock hardcore tonight it plays decent, but there is a jump every few seconds that I noticed. Anyone that was there for more that 10 mins see that or was it just me?
