Here is my strange problem. I have a desktop running windows xp and a laptop running mac os now it seems strange but the mac os laptop is getting almost a meg a sec download speed and my desktop is running at 350 k a sec. I have no clue why and no one else does either, i have called charter serval times and they said there is no fucking way i could be getting those speeds cause i am only provisioned to get what my desktop gets a 3 meg service.. anyway i want the speed on my windows desktop for obvious reasons. how can i make my desktop pc get the bandwith from the mac laptop which is an ibm?
