Haven't tried it yet but boy this looks helpful! http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=25085 Code: -------------------- Automatic Login -------------------- If you want to automatically be logged in each time you launch Battlefield 2, edit your BF2 Command Line as follows: "C:Program FilesEA GamesBattlefield 2BF2.exe" +playerName your playername +playerPassword your password E.g: "C:Program FilesEA GamesBattlefield 2BF2.exe" +playerName DogMaN +playerPassword Banana1 Basically by using the +playerName and +playerPassword parameters in your command line - along with any other entries you want to put in there - you will automatically be logged in as soon as you start the game, skipping the requirement to click Login on the login screen. Important For this to work, the playerName and playerPassword commands are case-sensitive. That is, you must enter them exactly as shown, for example +playerName, not +playername. Furthermore your user name and password are case sensitive as well, and must be entered precisely as you have them shown on the login screen.
Yep .... with the orange mod, I can see right away when someone is mis-behaving, and what points I'm earning. Also, I use the .bat start up and it makes my game a high priority and renamed my .exe. Both increased performance a lot! Anyone else got a tip for improving performance?
I got the .bat file to work, even with the Automatic login and changing the .exe to optimize it as a normal process. I included this in the .bat file: ------------------------------------ @echo off cd /d "Crogram FilesEA GAMESBattlefield 2" start /high bf2.exe +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +playerName sharkeyryan +playerPassword xxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------ So, now I have BF2 as a high priority and I can use the automatic login. I love it when computers work the way they should.
For some reason my Razer mouse was getting messed up when I use the .bat file setup. I switched back to the .exe and it works fine. I guess I cannot use that setup. Oh well.
The website where you got that info from said that the .bat file could slow some computer's down rather than speeding up. I guess my system is slowed. Do not think it is a mouse issue. I love this Razer! I've heard the logitech mice are good as well.
