I have a 3770K, and ASUS Maximus V formula and a GIGABYTE GV-N670OC-2GD GTX670 (only mention this because it exhausts inside the case and not out the back like most cards).

I am having power managment issues. Im not sure if theres some sort of conflict between windows power management and the ASUS power management, but when I set power modes/component shutdown times they dont act right. A few times, power doesnt kick back on, and I am stuck at some sort of throttled mode while playing 3d intense apps. I disabled the power management app for ASUS, but now my CPU runs at full speed constantly, causing everything to heat up while surfing the web. Anyone use this combo that has no issues?
