Pretty much nowhere all together.. Dice made it pretty awkward to play outside of your region with all them damn lag/netcode/tickrate issues. There's too many different settings and a lot of server have a auto-ban/join-deny for out of region players.. Not much use trying to join a US server in the early EU morning to be Up All Night..
if you asking for COD,no one plays it over here...well shark probably still plays it.now some play BF,others ARK,and others a bunch of new games.
