for weeks now black ops has crashed to desk top saying BlackOpsMP.exe is not responding and ive asked everyone did they know of a fix and no one did well he it is... Go to Control Panel>Sound> in the playback menu right click anywhere white >click Show Disabled Devices and tick it.then your done. ive got a realtek sound onboard and i remember cod 4 had the same problem..
