Hello, Im trying to join the server. The game is downloading the maps repeatedly. it downloads mp_hackers.iwd several times at 650+kbps and then again tries to download it again at 12kbps.. It successfully downloads the first 10 times but keeps trying. I have plenty of HD space, I have deleted the custom UAN custom maps folders and I've tried several game restarts and pc re-boot with no change in behavior. It appears the maps are downloading to mods/uan_awe4_12/ COD4 is and always has been located on my J: as I try to keep very large installs off of my C:. I dont see how this could be an issue unless something wrong with the UAN coding referring to the c: Any suggestions? Maybe a place where I can manually download the maps to give that a try? Thank you!!
someone must've hacked mp_hackers.iwd actually, I've experienced the same thing before with mp_hackers' endless downloading. I can't remember what exactly I did to get it fixed. I deleted all references (dirs and files) to mp_hackers in all subfolders in the cod4 dir and I think that worked. Check both the usermaps and Mods\uan_awe4_12 directories.
I removed all references to the map. Still not working, still looping the hackers map download. I'm bummed I like this server.

The AWE server will be looked at as soon as possible. We are currently in a transition so, it should be reconfigured as soon as we get these issues ironed out. Until then you may want to enjoy our Hardcore Server.
