Someone help the new UAN member

I was voted in somewhere on the forums yesterday and givin my tags last night. WTF do I do from here drive to butzie's house and bust his balls? j/k anyway from here what does it take to get any info on becomming an admin or power user on the server during gameplay not just to auto kick everyone for proper use.

And Butzie hang in there man I have lots of memory for a server one peace at a time wont cost me a dime. I bring home peaces duh for the server i am donating sooner then later. Just give me some information on what I need to do next since I am a newbie clanmember.
