Sounds like you can run the game from a mod folder and still have ranks specific to that server ... not sure if we knew this. That's because...

I really liked the low light levels in the back of the bottom levels. The total black on the second levels was too dark and players are just going...

I like this low light version better then the one we played. All of us just turned up the brightness on our games and played without the night...

Sounds good to me. I'm fine with AWE/extreme or whatever. I just think having a server with custom maps and a few tweaks to the game would be great.
