<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (PimpleMaze @ May 24 2012, 08:34 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div> Isn't that still $15?
It was just to say that the price is indeed around $15. I was getting afraid that EA would put us up with a new surprise. (in the beginning DICE mentioned that the DLC's would be free)
I'm probably just going to purchase the BF3 premium service crap or whatever it's going to be called for around $50. That way you get all of the DLC's (3 x $15=$45) and whatever else the service is going to offer. Pimp DICE said that all additional map packs would e free for BC2 not BF3 (BF3 is an entirely different entity). That article and interview is linked around here somewhere on these forums
Ok , maybe i mixed things up a bit. (wasn't vietnam $15?) (I do think a total price of about $100 is kind of crazy for a game).
I'll proly buy it & give it a shot...but seems as though it will be a bit of "Battle Field of Duty"ish Nice comparison Bender...Was thinking of the same map when watching clip. Would like to see dice reverse the trend & offer Bigger...Massive maps....ala Project Reality or Operation Flashpoint which would really kinda force the necessity of teamwork, transport squads, & coordinated multi squad raids. (As it does in the other two titles)
