I've been using it for a while and will vouch for it. Well, it's an FXAA injector. Meaning, it bypasses the game's settings and applies its own level of AA. Like when you use the NV Control Panel to override graphics settings. What this does is awesome. Improves graphics. The FXAA looks really good. I don't have any personal comparison pics, but there are screens in that thread. It comes with a .exe that lets you adjust the AA properties and settings. There's a lot of stuff to mess with, helps to research that a bit. Improved performance over standard AA. For me, in game, 2x AA drops the FPS maybe 4-5 average, and then 4xAA drops another 4-5. The FXAA injector uses barely any resources, using maybe 1-2 fps for a better picture. So, if you currently run with AA on in game, you can set it down to 0xAA, which will improve your performance, obviously, then use the Injector for the AA without the performance hit.

Meh, this has been around since a couple weeks after the game was released. I don't like it because of the highly over saturated overly warm picture that it creates, it makes the game look like a lame cut scene out of CSI Miami imo. The mod is also still kind of buggy to date and does a really good job of highlighting the jagginess of the game. If you want to remove the blue haze from the game for better clarity and greater viewing distances, just set your render.enlighten value to 0 and disable Antialiasing Post.

I tried v1.3B and it still looks CSI Miami wonky with the appropriate settings. Is there a newer version past 1.3?

I found a better version. It is the injector pre-configured for the best look in BF3. There's a quality and a performance version. The link is in the OP.
