sry m8, I reinstalled my OS a few days ago, the only thing I backup is my cod4 profile. if I remember well, I record less than a minute, and others was saying he was cheating because cant kill him 25/0 on iceworld.

on Cod4 I play with -31 FPS... i has never know how is with 30 or more, and 120 or more at cod2..

can you explain me difference between 35 FPS and yours 110 or more FPS?

There used to be an optimization thingy here somewhere, but I'll post the basics here anyway.

Low end system
Start the game but don't join a server.
1. ~ = console
2. ~ + /com_maxfps 125
3. ~ + /cg_drawfps 1
4. Options -> Graphics:

5. Options -> Graphics -> Textures:


Quit the game without joining a server. Restart and your settings should stick.


High End
/com_maxfps 333 with above settings or 125 with below settings:




Extra stuff to try:
Danzig cfg
Gamebooster

If you use CCC, try playing with your settings a little:

I did first option, I set "/com_maxfps 125", but at join a server the game fail, like this:




Finally I tried with maxfps>100 :



Options -> Graphics -> Textures -> Aspect Ratio= Automatic, because screen looked stretched



I dont see difference :lol: , but you tell me if must be so
