Corrupted File/Memory

Hi there. A couple of mins ago i entered the modded server and then started to d/l some mod files, maps,etc, and when all of the downloading finally ended and was on the weapon select screen bam! got kicked by punkbuster because of a corrupted file/memory [81329]. Before all of the above i could play flawlessly now im getting continously kicked with this error. Ive tried updating PB manually, removing folders (mod,maps,PB), i dont think its a Memory module problem, its simply impossible as they are new and as im not getting any other memory type error besides this one. If someone is having the same issue, or any Gifted one, can give me some light on resolving this. Thanks.

Update: I've made a research and tried to play on another servers to see if i get kicked by the same error, just to find that i can play freely on those servers. So, a word of advice to the admins is to check the punkbuster server settings, because is kicking and confusing some people out there, and all of this since the uan2 modding application.

most people just complain....want instant results and never get back to us to let us know if what we did made a difference or not

unfortunately I personally do not have an answer for you but Im sure one of our more "serverwise"

I'm also getting this problem.

I've done basictly the exact same as the guy before me.. installed PB manually but still nothing.

As many as my pirate colleagues, i used a Key Generator to install COD4, but that wasnt a problem in the past. It all start it when i downloaded the extreme server files. I havent played in the server for a week or so, so ill try again if it kicks me again or what. Stay Tuned.

Well... I got kicked again, so it means ill not be able to play here for a long long time...

it seems others are getting this error for all different reasons

after doing a skim read it seems a re-install is the way most are getting back on track

this shit went on with BF2 as well

I got some EXP with it, also from my knowlegde,it hasnt downloaded/installed correctly something and PB doesnt trust that so it kicks, or your RAM is broken/not good plugged in.

from what ive been hearing, 1.5 patch screwed a bunch of stuff up..
xfire has always been a problem (i cant even START my game with it running)
try what was posted above, try no xfire, then reinstall patch, then try reinstalling the whole game

BTW, i first checkd this topic on google for a day before posting my problem here... i always do

Ill check 1.5 patch to see what happens. Reinstalling will be the last resource.

Well. I've reinstalled everything and guess what: i can play again. In the meantime i got my old profile corrupted, i think i used the same cd key on this new install... also got my profile Rolando GUID ban, so i had to use another one. Damn updates. This should have been stopped since 1.4 :ranting: .

I read that topic here, and cant regain my lvl and stuff. Now i dont remember my old cd key. Guess i have to do it all from scratch. At least i can kill and get killed here again :2guns: :death:
