I tried to get on COD2 cod2.uanconnect.com:28960 today and got a iwd sum/name mismatch error. I reinstalled the game and still get it. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have waited for map rotate and have rebooted...
Same here, I even deleted everything related to UAN in the main folder and in the main/main folder! Don't worry, i'm sure UAN admins are working hard on the problem :wink:
If im not mistaken, even if you reinstall, the custom maps and mods you had downloaded are left in the activision directory... go there and delete any custom mod folders (ie: uanmods) and also delete any z*.iwd files (ie: zzz_suckassmap.iwd) you should also check for any mp_*.iwd files as well. Basically any delete any file that doesnt start with iw_00-99.iwd or localized*.iwd Or the super easy way (but more time consuming) Uninstall again and delete the activision folder from program files.7

can someone explain the port issue with me. I have never had to enter in a port unless it is different than default (which none I have come across are). cod2.uanconnect.com works fine without the :28960
what is the IP of Backup.uanconnect.com? I can add it to the server_status Block as soon as I have access again. X
