Any one else have a problem with ping? Last couple of days it has gone up about 40ms more than normal, any ideas? did I fuck up something else in my computer?
same here. I can have a 120 with 7-or less people, but any more and I usually am around 190 with a chance at hitting a random 500. I hope this gets fixed :Bucktooth:
uhm used to be 130, did go to 120, now to 140 to 260, but it could be my connection. dont know, and i dont know how to find out.. btw i dont want to find out
Well soon we'll be moving to a new box with a new ping in Dallas and using a new version of +extreme so I wouldn't get your panties all in a twist over the current server. Soon COD4 will be out and nobody will care about the COD2 server anymore anyway (er...wait nobody cares already)

my ping is up. from always in 50s, now to to 80s +. Also has gone from feeling hardwired to my nerve system, to a gimp with cerebal paulsy. Instant deaths without even a chance of reaction. feels like im tied up with blinders on, in quicksand. One good thing though, it makes no talent spray and prayers seem better, so they stick with the server.
Yeah I really don't wanna play any more until my ping gets better,right now it is very frustrating, if that means waiting until COD4, than so be it.
i have a solution.....put ANTILAG on ur server! with antilag u can shoot the enemy even with 500 ping... u dont have to shoot infront of the enemy anymore. u can just aim at the enemy even when he's running and kill him open console ` u have to log on rcon first : /rcon login "rconpassword" than use the antilag command : /rcon g_antilag 1 to turn it off : /rcon g_antilag 0 most server have antilag on l8zzzz
