3 days back i formatted my system and gave it a christmas clean. alittle light dusting hovering ect ect.installed everything as ive done plenty of other times.and went to Nvidia for the newest Graphic Driver i downloaded it installed it then restarted my system.when windows was booting there was some kind of micro-fissures like a Graphic glitch yellow lines down my screen. and when it loaded a popup window came up display adapter not responding and my screen was messed up and then i got a Bsod and the system shuts done.everytime i restarted it Bsod with in a second. ive googled almost everthing over the last 3 days looking some kind of clue and found this baking method yea cooking the fucker for real..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7jUqoKVY-k has anyone ever had this problem? know how to fix it without cooking it? and after this problem i don't think i want another Nvidia.so point me to another good card..
Krome wins.. Seriously I am trying to help you what is the brand/model# of the card? Just open up your case and look at it.

Haha I'm a douche, I kept asking for the brand of the card...I have never heard of Inno until now - Is there any artifacting or is there just yellow lines present? - When you cleaned your system did you remove the GPU, if so is there any possibility that you touched the small copper ends that plug into the pci-e slot? - Can you boot Windows into safe mode (just so you can get the temp of the GPU)? Things to try: 1 - Roll back the drivers to a previous release. 2 - Clean the connecting end of the GPU that connects to the motherboard with isopropyl alcohol. 3 - Re-seat the heat sink/fan and apply new thermal compound (you may of dislodged it when moving it). 4 - Try another pci-e slot on your board (it may be a bad or dirty slot). In the future purchase cards from resellers like EVGA or BFG that have lifetime warranties. Nvidia, Foxconn, ect. may manufacturer all the GPU's but preferred resellers like EVGA, Sapphire, BFG get to cherry pick their batches. If none of these possible fixes work and you need a cheap GPU on the fly. I have a pair of BFG 8800GTS 512mb G92's laying around in the box.
USPS has flat rate international shipping boxes, it would cost $20.. I ship shit to Asia all the time, international rates are cheaper than you think

it sounds mad but it could be static a good trick is to take your memory out and gpu ,get a normal pencil rubber ,and rub the gold connectors at the bottom, and put them all back in,worth a try http://forums.nvidia.com/lofiversion/index.php?t79250.html try driver nvidea 191.07 go safemode uninstall other driver http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_191.07_whql.html if all else fails heres a handy tool to test your cpu ,power supply and gpu memory good luck http://www.freewarefree.net/utility/2920/occt-301-beta-2/
