yo man, welcome to the forums. I wrote the 'sticky' topic above this one a long time ago and should probably update it, but the basics are:

1) Get along with Current UAN members. Interaction, shooting the breeze, making fun of each other and having fun are teh most important things here. Ventrilo, MSN and the forums are the tools we use for that.

2) show your support: Keeping the server or servers up and running is not easy and certainly not free. All of the UAN members donate or have donated in the past. It's not like a monthly 'bill' you have to do, but whenever you can throw in a few extra bucks it's a big help.

I dont think we have need for any webhosting as of right now, as many of our members (including myself) have hosting accounts; but it's appreciated you would offer.

We dont need to know last names and first names are up to you to share. I think it's cool you're from Curacao; you'll find there are UAN members from all over the world.

The only Issue I see, is your age. As far as I Know, all UAN members are over the age of 18. I think the youngest member is 21. We talk and joke about a lot of things that some people would consider "not for children's ears." But, if you can handle the insanity, the language, the cursing, the sickness, and give it back all in fun...you may have a place here; and it will be voted on.

One last thing: be Patient! We all have other things going on and keeping UAN up does take a lot of work, so sometimes it may seem like we're slow to act. Just keep in mind, we're on top of things.

thanks for your replies, yeah i thought my age would cause some problems, however i can take the way you guys talk with eachother.. and i do understand it and i apologize for my bad english as it isnt my first language.. im still learning it but dont have much time to do, and about the hosting, when you do need it it will be my pleasure to give it to you.. but as long as you dont "need" it i see that it would be unneccesary to take it.. btw didnt you killed me alot of times on the roof like about 2 hours ago? in that map i hate i dont know what its called again lol, i understand that keeping up UAN is a lot of work so i will donate, but since im 16 years and will have to borrow my moms cc or whatever ill pay some large fund in once instead of a monthly payment.. im more then 18 hours a day computing and visit alot of sites so dont be afraid of me not handeling the language etc. i just downloaded Ventrilo but dont get it lol ill work that out later im exhausted now..

hahaha, got it.. well i work 5 days a week from 8 to 5 (GMT -4) so at those times im not able to play but will be active on forums.. at night ill play in the server , i assume thats what you meant by "vent" ?

so what should i do now to be part of [UAN]?

when your hiding with the flag and Im on the opposing team
just post an ingame message telling me where you are and how you would like to be killed.
If your not hiding and you see me.....just drop to a crouch and type

So... these 2 young canadians are gettin in their kayak to row to the next ice flow when the guy in the back decides to start a fire in the middle of the boat. Just a small one to heat it up a little. Of course, the porcupine hide hull ignites and they have to paddle like crazy to get to the other side. They get back to their igloos and tell their story while warming up by the fire. After listening to the tale the the elder canuck cant stand it any more. He looks up from his moose pie and says "Friggin newfies. Everyone knows you can't have your kayak and heat it too".

Now if you cant hang with that. You can't join.

And yes all canadians ride in kayaks and eat moose pie.

my CPU of my pc broke and it costed me 600 bucks, im not planning on buying a new one yet because i dont have that kinda money and i cant live with a slower cpu.. so it might take awhile or maybe never before coming back, just thought i had to let you guys know.. my apologies.. i hope it gets fixed, if not.. then im screwed

well when i bought it it was 600, now probably way less.. i got a AMD Athlon 4200+ X2 Dual Core

its about 2 months old i think, and yeah still under warranty but in europe and i live in the caribbean.. i dunno ill figure something out.. ill have to lol
