Same reason a lot of others probably don't. Top guy on their team has 10 kills... really now. Ranks don't go away after a round... and can you explain the other people with zero kills and score who have a rank higher than one? Same reason...

Any 2-bit hacker can get lvl65. Even though I got it, the unlocked weaps after 40+ didn't work in game. I only spent 5 mins on it so maybe there's a way...
