If you're in a server do not leave it because you wont be able to join another server. You will get the same error message as during the update: http://www.uangames.net/i/img/untitlixi.png

Apparently Blaze is down right now for XBOX as well. In a few we are going to need some guys to hop on the servers and get them repopulated. I'm sure this will clear all of them out.

Right now it's only messing with the TS and web services that we use, hopefully it doesn't affect our other 2 game servers hosted in Chicago.

GT is failing again, check server status via Battlelog. All of the servers are full but GT is showing a couple of them as empty for the past 12hrs...

More on GameTrackers slow scan time on servers, it seems like there are many servers out there right now that haven't been scanned in the past 24hrs+

Right now it's only affecting 1/3 of our servers and like I said before just use Battlelog to check server status.

Battlelog is being a bit wonky today and populating servers is a tough go at this point.

edit: Not an Battlelog update but a network problem with Blaze that dumped about half of the BF3 population.

The R21 server patch wasn't released with the major Battlelog update but it's coming in the next day or two. Here are a few details concerning the patch.

The R21 update was manually applied to all of the servers thus requiring them to be restarted. We're going to need a few guys to hop on and help repopulate them.

Sorry if you have been experiencing some performance related issues with our 24/7 Karkand server over the past few days. Due to an oversight by our provider, that server was moved to another machine running lesser hardware (Westmere-EP an earlier gen i7/Xeon) during some normal load balancing by them. The new machine doesn't have enough available physical memory to run a constant high traffic 64/slot BF3 server like our 24/ Karkand server, thus why it has started lagging hard and eventually crashing over the past few days.

I noticed the hardware change today and they acknowledged the issue and they're moving the server back to the old machine we were on. So at some point in the early AM hours the server will be down due to it being moved to another machine. Thank you for your patience and sorry for the down time

24/7 Karkand Server Down

The Karkand server was moved last night but the move failed. At this point the server needs to be recovered and will be down for an unknown amount of time. We're are trying to get the server back up as soon as possible.
