According to the forums, modded servers are still showing has ranked. One user complained of how a server was making the Russian team always start with only 60% health but the American team had 100% health. We should look into how they are doing this and see if there are non-lame things we can change.
Do you have a link? I think that would be impossible to do, there is only one variable line for for players health. That guy was either talking out of his azz or it was some sort of glitch on the server and there is a lot that affect server presets.
