did you wipe the cum out of the usb ports from that week long internet porn spree? that could cause problems.....I know cause it happened to butzies computer and layz's computer...man they were a mess...

Try these drivers http://www.tweakforce.com/ if the stock ones don't work well.

And consider getting a new heatsink, though there really aren't many options for your card

I've put the Arctic Cooling HSF on a couple of cards in the past. They work ok stock, but you should also use this and attach these.

I allready uninstalled the piece of shit, I'm pretty sure the issue was Ram. The MOBO has DDR1 and the card had DDR2. Besides I installed it in one of my computers at the office with DDR2, and it ran great.

I'm gonna save some money and buy the whole enchilada (Mobo+RAM+Vidcard)
