NEW IP FOR COD2 v1.01 72.232.110.203

i agree with freddy, it is a big different to play with 180 - 200 or between 100 - 120. i can make i demo for you if you want. And with the new server i get alot more high ping..i mean around 300 - 350 i dont know how that comes.
and than when someone is trying to bash you and you see him coming at you.. than you are always just a little bit to late with bashing or shooting. Or is that because i need more practice

and the last thing i wanna say is that playing with a ping from 180 on the NY server or on the new server is also a big differens,
or is that what The Taint is trying to explain.
but still i am convinced that it 'Feels' (like freddy set) different playing with 110 on the NY server or 180 on the new server.

Something must be done... usually when I got home after work there where 10+ people in the server, now its being empty, or when im lucky there are 2 people in it..... thats not too exciting.
How can we get all the people who where playing on the ny server, to the new one?

I propose a web re-direct for the server name.
E.G. Cod2.uangames.net = 72.232.110.204:28960

This way, no matter where the server is moved to,
that name will always bounce the players to the correct
ip.

If you want to try it out, I'll setup a name redir on my free
DNS account tonight. It'll be something like cod2.hopto.org
(notice no http:// or www. ), and I'll make it point to the
1.3 server.
