Usually its better to not say anything at all, then to comment and be called on what you say.

It does usually take a while for new cheats to come out. Keep in mind that when a coder gets a new cheat, its not like they can just open it in notepad and play with the source. It takes imagination to create some of these cheats, and that doesnt come fast or perfect.

You can expect a new cheat to come anywhere from a week to a month or even two months. The coder has to find out how it can be compromised, then they have to compromise it. Then they have to perfect the cheat. All of this takes a lot of work. If you mix in punk buster, a lot of coders spend a lot of time and money finding safeguards and protections against punkbuster. All of this takes time. If the coder is smart they will put locks on the crack, so that it doesnt end up massdistributed on a russian site (heh).

By the time coders finish all of that, coders distribute it to a select group. It takes a leak from that group for it to end up on a dump site. Next day? Try next month.
